簡單的莧菜

你知道愛是甚麼嘛... 那就問問傳說中的不調花...
Enya新專輯Amarantine不經不覺已經推出了五個月,
起初讓我感到極度無奈的封面也越看越順眼,
至於同名點題作, 也不斷的在我腦海裏增長,
尤其是開首那幾下Pizzicato, 既俏皮又耐人尋味.
這歌的編曲方面簡單, 而又棄用大量的多重和音,
雖然沒有五年前那首Only Time般來得華麗和淒美,
但對比起來時, 後者則玩得有點兒過份和花巧了.
說起, 數星期前和余太去的西貢喪遊之旅中,
終於都有機會見過這種稱作Amaranth的莧菜,
它的外表看來普通, 並不是想像中那般詩意.
這不會就是Amarantine編曲簡單的原因吧,
無論如何, 別人說簡單就是美, 我絕對認同.

Thank you mad dog~ I visit your blog several times a week.
I like Enya for more than 10 years and I can even play most of her instrumental tracks with my piano, such as "A Day Without Rain", "Silver Inches" and "The First of Autumn"... (Haha! These are quite new.) top

試看看我十二月的Archive, 那兒有篇節錄了Even God的Entry. 說起, 十二月是我一個較多感觸的月份呢.
Even God收錄在Charlotte Church的新Album: Tissues and Issues內, 不過是這是她轉型的一張, 我比較喜愛以前的她. 所以嘛, 我建議Even God還是買Single就好了, 要收錄Album Version的那張, 因為Radio Edit版Cut去了一整個段落.
轉眼間Enya的Watermark已是1988年的事了... 哈! 我的琴技好像一個初學的小朋友罷了. top

i've bought charlotte church's cd today! just love "even god" so much... so this cd cuts some part?! my god... yeah, she changes a lot, so mature... and some songs are just so not her. and she wrote some songs too.
i asked the salesman, the cd was out last year, how come i missed it! top

I love this song too, the feeling... and everything it gave me.
對啊~ 推出Even God的Single時, 商業性質的剪了一個Radio Edit的版本, 而且也把歌名改成Even God (Can't Change the Past). top
